Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 ( b).- Observed some part of the school water fountains need detail cleaning all around nozzles, spouts, surfaces and crevices. Keep clean. #6. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. - Observed missing ceiling tiles in the back hallway, and boy locker room. Replace the ceiling tiles. Head of custodian: Rasheem Muldrow present during inspection.

Observed disrepair hand dryer in boy restroom main hallway and C hallway lower level. Keep all hand washing fixtures in good repair.
