Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d).- Observed black plastic bag covered toilets/urinals on 1st floor boy restroom C hall by classroom C128 (2 urinals), A hall by classroom A 110 ( boy- 1 urinal, 1 stain toilet seat), A hall by classroom A 126 (boy- 1 urinal, 1 toilet. Girl- 1 toilet). On 2nd floor C hall boy/girl restroom by classroom C214 (boy-1 toilet), A hall by classroom A 210 (Boy- 2 toilets, 1 urinal), girl restroom by classroom A 225 (2 toilets, loose toilet seat), boy restroom by classroom A 225 (1 toilet). All toileting fixtures shall be kept in good repair. |

Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed disrepair hand dryers in restrooms 2nd floor C hall in boy restroom by classroom C 214, 1st floor A hall both girl and boy restrooms by A 110- non of dryers are working. 1st floor boy locker room. Observed disrepair shower head in both boy and girl locker rooms. Observed disrepair soap dispenser in girl restroom 1st floor by classroom C128, A hall girl restroom by classroom A110, boy locker room, 2nd floor girl restroom by classroom C229, 2nd floor A hall boy restroom by classroom A 210. Repair/replace all fixtures. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all times. Points remain the same at this time. |
