NOTE: No Point Deduction: #3. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed several disrepair water fountains (No water available or sign posted: Out of order) on C Hall 101-115, 201-216 and 217-229. Repair needed. #4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d).- Observed black plastic bag covered one of the urinal in boy restroom on A Hall 101-114, and one of the toilet in girl restroom A Hall 213-225. Repair needed. - Head of Custodian: Ms. Jones is not able to walk through the facility with EHS at the time of inspection due to short staff. The final report is able to review with Ms. Jones at the end of inspection in Cafeteria.
