NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #5. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed spring loaded faucet missing at 1 handsink in girls restroom located on upper “A” hallway. #9. All fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (d). Observed handle missing to 1 shower in boys locker-room. Adequate facilities for storage of clothes and other personal items shall be provided and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (e). Observed bikes stored in some showers located in girls locker-room. *NOTE: Head Custodian, Ms. Jones, was present during time of inspection.
