NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #3. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed water fountain basins in locker rooms in need of detailed cleaning. #4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed yellow staining on 2 toilet seats located in boys locker room. #9. Floors, walls, and ceilings of dressing rooms and showers shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (a). Observed minor debris on flooring in shower rooms located in both girls and boys locker rooms. *NOTE: Head Custodian, Ms. Brown, was present during time of inspection. Observed ceiling damage over first stall in girls restroom located on A lower hallway. Observed minor stained ceiling tile outside of library on upper level. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. Improvement from previous inspection, points de-escalated.
