NO POINTS TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #3. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed broken water fountain inside of boys locker room. Repair. #7. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. Observed storage on the floor in media center supply room. No points deducted for violation due to significant improvement from previous inspection. #8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed dead insects inside of light shield in girls restroom on A 200 hallway. Observed ceiling stains in girls restroom on C 100 hallway. *NOTE: Head Custodian Ms. Marcelle Brown was present during time of inspection.
