General Comments

Kevin Ross(head custodian) was present during the inspection. #10 - Observed bags of trash were stored on the ground at the football field. **Impervious, cleanable containers with lids, approved by the Department, shall be provided for the storage of solid waste. 15A NCAC 18A .2414 (a).#3 - Observed water fountains in the boys and girls locker room were not working. **Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b).#4A - Observed a stall door was replace with a door with unfinished wood. **Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b).
