General Comments

Ms.Monica Farma was present during the inspection.#1 - Observed a water pump with a water hose attached on the football field with no back flow prevention device. **Provide back flow prevention device on all threaded faucets were hoses are attached.#7 - Observed boxes of toilet paper were stored on the floor in the custodian closet (auditorium). **Keep all storage arranged to facilitate cleaning and stored at above the floor.#8 - Observed the field house and stadium restroom lights accumulating bugs and debris. **Keep all lighting and ventilation fixtures clean and in good repair.#10 - Observed a pile of garbage on the ground near the storage pods(football field); and the mop sink in the custodian closet was piled with empty boxes on the 1st floor(near student services). **Containers with lids shall be provided for waster material.
