Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed damaged/holes on the wall in front of the gym. Stained/ missing on ceiling tiles in men locker room, several spots of stained ceiling tiles on science/math hallway, 1st floor upon entrance, tech lab hallway. Check for no active leaks, repair/replace ceiling tiles. - Assistant Facility Director: Chris Gugliuzza present during inspection

Observed several hand sinks start to separate from wall in boy and girl restrooms. Repair needed.
