Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). -Observed broken paper towel dispenser falling of the wall in men team sport locker room. Observed broken falling of the wall of toilet tissue dispensers in men/women team sport locker room. Need repair or replace. Observed all hand washing sinks throughout the building need better cleaning and keep clean. Observed faucet at hand sink in girl restroom in front of the cafeteria is not working, need repair.
Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed no paper towel available at the hand sink in men team sport locker room and the cafeteria. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. |
