NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #5 - Observed caulking needed around the backs of several hand sinks where they connect to the wall in the boys upstairs gang bathroom and in the girls downstairs gang bathroom. **Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). #6 - Observed water stained ceiling tiles outside of the downstairs gang restrooms and in room 117. **Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. #7 - Observed cleaning needed on custodial closet floors. **Storage spaces and custodians' closets shall be kept clean and arranged so as to facilitate cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411.
