Repaint wall behind toilet in room A16 bathroom. Clean wall around light switch and behind toilet in A122 and A15 Replace missing base tile cove moulding in boys bathroom on second floor.Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). |

Wipe/clean lower section of wall throughout in hallway area. General touch-up paint throughout in classrooms. Replace water stained ceiling tiles in hallway area near gym. Clean lower section of wall in cafe. Clean floors throughout in classrooms. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. GENERAL COMMENTS: #10. Replace card board dumpster with missing lid. Solid waste containers shall be kept clean, in good repair, and emptied when full, but not less than once a week. 15A NCAC 18A .2414 (b). #8. Wipe/dust top of projection screen in classrooms. Recommend not storing wooden pallet on side and in A1. Do not want pallet to fall on student and if pallet is laid flat on floor it will become a trip hazard. Ms. Tate present at time of inspection. |
