Observed chlorox wipes/disinfectant wipes and lysol stored on shelf in A9, disinfectant wipes and microban stored on desk at door in A10, chlorox/disinfectant wipes and large containers stored on children's desk in B214. Keep all hazardous items stored away from children. Suggest storing inside a cabinet or drawer. Repeat.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
