NO POINTS DEDUCTED #6 Floors, walls and ceiling kept clean; Observed large rugs in classrooms having stains in need of general cleaning. #7 All storage above floor (15 inches); observed paper products stored in bulk cardboard boxes stored directly on floor of Media Center work room. #11 The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Observed lunch room tables in dining area covered in old tape residue in need of removal / cleaning.
