General Comment: #6. Touch-up paint in classrooms where needed. Wipe/clean wall near trash can storage area in classrooms. Secure noise absorber barrier to ceiling in gym. **Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept . clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. #8. Observed cover taped on vent in hallway on A hall near stairs. Remove tape from cover and properly secure cover on unit. WIpe/dust top of cabinets in classrooms.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). #11. Observed large piece of plywood stored in dumpster corral area along with a platform. Remove plywood and platform from within dumpster corral. Waste material, unnecessary articles, rubbish, litter, or garbage shall not be allowed to accumulate on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).
