Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b).- Observed water fountains detailed cleaning needed around spouts, nozzles and crevices. One very soiled water fountain in front of cafeteria. Cleaning regular and keep clean. #6. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed several water stained ceiling tiles on hallway, front office, classroom B211. Spring loaded timer needs to be adjusted for proper hand washing at that restroom hand sink. Observed hand sink in classroom B109 need cleaning and keep clean. Observed hand sinks in restrooms throughout the school need better cleaning and keep clean. Observed broken soap dispenser in girl and boy restroom 2nd floor. Repair/replacement needed. Observed couple hand sink with gap of separation from wall, caulking may be needed. Keep all fixture clean and good repair. Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed exhausted soap in a dispenser in women restroom mobile unit, and boy restroom 2nd floor.
