NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #6. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed minor stained ceiling near custodial closet on 2nd floor. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tile replaced. #8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed dead insects sporadically inside of light shields throughout school building. NOTE: Head Custodian Mr. Watt was present during time of inspection, report emailed to him and Principal at: IVANB.WATT@CMS.K12.NC.US SUSANNAHM.BARR@CMS.K12.NC.US
