8. Observed dust collecting on several vents in restrooms.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. See rule .2412 (b).9. Observed wheel chair stored in bathroom in health room.**Floors, walls, and ceilings of dressing rooms and showers shall be kept clean and in good repair. See rule .2413 (a).10. Observed dumpster side doors open, and dumpster leaking at front left foot.**Impervious, cleanable containers with lids, approved by the Department, shall be provided for the storage of solid waste.
