Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed several classrooms having water damaged ceiling tiles in need of repair; (A12, D7,C1) group restrooms on 2nd floor have water damage caused by wet toilet paper being tossed onto ceiling, touch-up painting needed to cover stains. |
