General Comment: #7. Continue to work storage off the floor in storage rooms. Floors in storage rooms are being kept clean. ***All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. #8. Tighten loose light shield over light fixture in EC classroom.***All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). #10. Replace cardboard dumpster with damaged base.***Solid waste containers shall be kept clean, in good repair, and emptied when full, but not less than once a week. 15A NCAC 18A .2414 (b).
