Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed disrepair hand dryer in girl restroom 1st floor A hall, and disrepair hand dryer in boy restroom 2nd floor A hallway. Repair or replace needed. Observed spring loaded faucet run only about 2 seconds in boy restroom 2nd floor A hallway. Time adjustment need to be at least 15 seconds to allow proper hand washing. |
