Remove broken white shelving and damaged throw cozy center pillow from A-11. Thoroughly clean throw cozy center pillows in room A-11. Wipe/dust top of wall mounted cabinet storage areas in classroom. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). |

Observed cardboard dumpster completely full and overflowing with cardboard. Observed broken/damaged lid on cardboard dumpster. Replace card board dumpster with broken/damaged lids. Increases frequency of dumpster being emptied if needed. Solid waste containers shall be kept clean, in good repair, and emptied when full, but not less than once a week. 15A NCAC 18A .2414 (b).
