Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Patch holes in walls and touch-up paint. Touch-up paint/repaint window framing. Tightly secure loose wall molding. Monitor water stained ceiling in girls bathroom and 10th grade room and address any roof leaks if needed. |
