No Points Deducted: 8. Observed 4 lights out in MC763. Replace bulbs. Lighting and ventilation shall be provided and installed as required by the N.C. State Building Code. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (a). 11. Observed standing water under MC764. Follow the rule below. There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Regulate to provide a run time of at least 15 seconds to facilitate proper handwashing. (Ms. Plyer has a list of the specific ones). -Observed some handsinks not working. Repair. (Ms. Plyer has a list of the specific ones). -Observed knob missing on 1 sink in girl's RR795. Replace. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). -General Comment: Observed no paper towels in the B-Hall girl's restroom, and both dispensers jammed in boy's-RR795. Provide. Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).
