NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #7. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. Observed boxes of storage/supplies on the floor in upstairs restroom located in an office. *NOTE: Mrs. Kerri LaMontagne was present during time of inspection.
