#6. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Wipe/clean wall around light switch in bathroom. Touch-up paint/repaint throughout where needed. School will be painted during holiday break. School last day before winter break is 12/16/2022. #8.All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed blue padding on trampoline starting to show major wear. Recommend replacing worn padding covering springs on trampoline. Wipe/dust top of projector for smart board. #11.There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Clean leaves from gutters. Replace missing siding on exterior of building on backside to prevent interior wall damage.
