Observed disinfectant spray stored in reach of children in B108, air freshener out in B119, and disinfectant wipes stored on shelving in MC728 and art room. Observed open closet with washer had trash can with cleaner hanging on it.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
