Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed water damaged ceiling tiles on A hall, check for no active leaks. Repair if needed and replace the ceiling tiles. Observed damaged baseboards in boys restroom mobile unit right across MC961. Repair needed.
NOTE: Custodian stated that the work order had been placed last week, and work should be done soon. |
