Observed stained ceiling tiles on the mail hall, "C" hall and in C2. Repair issues and replace stained tiles. (All rooms are not inspected during the inspection, if there are any other stained ceiling tiles in the facility, correct them as well).
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |
