Observed mouth guard on water fountains soiled near C hall. Clean mouth guard on water fountain.Observed low water pressure (1) water fountain on D hall near gang bathrooms. Adjust water pressure on water fountain. Monitor and repair small water fountain on B hall. Observed water on underside of water fountain and water on the floor. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). |

Observed water stains ceiling tiles throughout in hallway, media center and classroom area. Observed water stains on light shield on C and B hall. Water stains should not be on light shields. Repair any and all roof leaks throughout school building, then replace water stained ceiling tiles! Wipe/clean bathrooms doors to bathrooms within classrooms. Wipe/clean wall near cafeteria/ gym. Touch-up paint in classrooms where needed.
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |
