Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b).- Observed soiled (black buildup) water fountains throughout the school building need detail cleaning all around spouts, nozzles and the drain. Keep all water fountains clean. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. -Observed water stained on ceiling tiles in work room of library, cafeteria hallway, several classrooms in C hall (C110, C108) A hall (A110). Check for active roof leaks, repair maybe needed. Replace the ceiling tiles where damaged. Keep good repair and clean. Observed dead bugs inside light shield cover on A hallway need cleaning. Keep clean. |
