Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water stain on ceiling tiles in cafeteria hallway. Work ordered had been placed. Repair the leaks and replace ceiling tiles needed. - Head of custodian : Trevon Anderson present during inspection

Keep all water fountains clean. No points escalation at this time.

Disrepair faucet and loose toilet seat in boy restroom C hallway. Observed disrepair paper towels dispenser in boy restroom A hallway (one dispenser), girl restroom C hallway (3 dispensers), and girl restroom B hallway (one dispenser). Repair needed and keep all fixtures in good repair.
