Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed classrooms left unlocked with numerous chemical cleaners and hazardous items (aerosols) accessible to children. CDI theses items were placed behind lock and key.
The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).
(NOTE); play ground at the bottom of bus parking lot has large sink hole developing near storm drain creating hazard for individuals utilizing the play ground and basketball courts. BSC notified. |
