General Comments

NO POINTS DEDUCTED #8 All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed vents inside boys group restroom on C hall collecting debris in need of cleaning. #11 The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Observed playground enclosure very wet (2-3 days after last rain event); observation of enclosure shows that all rain drainage from parking lot flows through middle of mulched area of playground. Mulch is missing and a large trench has been dug out by rain drainage and causing trip hazards and standing water in affected area. (Highly recommend diverting water runoff from parking lot away from play ground enclosure). Mrs. Jones present during inspection.
