Observed B hall water fountains next to boys bathroom with low pressure. Needs adjustment. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed broken urinal in A hall boys bathroom. Custodian stated a work order has been placed for repair. Observed roaches in large stall toilet in girls locker room. Needs removal/prevention.
