Observed one water fountain with very low pressure at the fountain by room 1208.
Regulate and follow the rule below.
Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). |

-Observed spring loaded faucets with short run times- Several restrooms in upper and lower buildings. Regulate to provide a minimum of 15 seconds to facilitate proper hand washing.
-Observed handsink clogged in the lower art (old kitchen). Unclog.
Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).
-Observed no paper towels in the (outside) boy's restroom in the lower building. Provide.

-Observed dust collecting under the windows in the upper gym and in the halls of the upper building. Clean.
-Observed tissue wads on the ceiling in the boy's restroom by 1260. Clean.
-Observed several wasp/bees nests in the windows of room 1264. Remove.
