-Repeat: Observed rodent droppings in the cabinets in the Art room. -Observed an insect under the sink cabinet in toom B1. Provide pest control. *There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).
-Repeat: Observed bug spray, cleaning items, disinfectant wipes, etc stored under handsinks in classes. Place all hazardous items out of reach of the students. *Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
