Repeat: Observed cleaners, sanitizer wipes, bulk bottles of hand sanitizer stored within the reach of the children in several classes (D10, C1, A3, B10, and men's restroom on "B" hall). Store out of reach of the children as indicated by the manufacturer's instructions. *Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
***NOTE: Observed mice droppings in the art room, and ants in room C10. Provide treatment.
