No Points Deducted Today: 5. Observed spring loaded faucet in MS2 staying on less than 15 seconds (about 5 seconds). Provide maintenance to ensure the spring loaded faucets stay on a minimum of 15 seconds to facilitate proper handwashing. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). 6. -Observed stained ceiling tiles in one of the Jr. Kindergarten rooms and Art room. -Observed wall damage in the empty mop sink room. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. 1. Repeat Non-Compliance: Repair leaking faucet fixture on can wash/mop sink near modular units. Remove storage off the floor or arrange storage to facilitate cleaning of the floor. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411.

Store toxic materials locked away or out of reach of reach of children. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
