Observed storage on the floor under hand washing sink area within several classrooms/multi purpose room, several closets throughout school and in classroom closet area. Remove storage off the floor or arrange storage to facilitate cleaning of the floor!All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. |

Observed chemicals(glass cleaner, disinfectant wipes, electronic duster, aerosol disinfectant, aerosol air freshener, hand sanitizer, etc.) not properly stored in classrooms, storage closets and bathrooms throughout school building. Store toxic materials locked away or out of reach of reach of children. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). GENERAL COMMENT: Repair leaking faucet fixture on can wash/mop sink near modular units. Touch-up paint throughout where needed; if needed. Cut grass around/near modular units. Mrs. Catherine Stovcsik present at time of inspection. |
