Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water stained on ceiling tiles in 6th, 7th, 8th grade hallway. Check for possible active leaks, repair, and replace the ceiling tiles. Observed big hole on the wall in boy’s locker room and flooring needs cleaning and keep clean. |
