NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #3 - Observed water fountains with pink build-up and pressure too high in need of regulation. **Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). **Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). #9 - Observed hole in the wall of boys locker room. Observed splatter on ceiling in shower of boys locker room. Observed cleaning and/or touch-up paint needed on walls in locker rooms. **Floors, walls, and ceilings of dressing rooms and showers shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (a). **All fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (d). #11 - Observed Lysol wipes being stored on desk in room 505.
