Observed lids open on dumpster.**Impervious, cleanable containers with lids, approved by the Department, shall be provided for the storage of solid waste. See rule .2414 (a).Mr. Able present during inspection.Observed ice machine guard collecting residue in kitchenette. Reccomend cleaning interior of machine more frequently.
