Observed holes is wall near paper towel dispenser in H building girls room. Regrout baseboard tiles in girls room and under urinals in boys room on Peroulas hall in Main building. Replace missing doorframe tiles between restrooms on Peroulas Hall as well. Clean toilet in H buliding boys room. Repair clogged toilet in boys room in G building.
Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b).
