Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed some paper towel/soap dispensers were out of batteries (boy/girl restrooms on each grade level). Batteries are replaced and supplied with paper towel at the time of inspection. Ensure to keep all fixture in good repair and able to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. - Director of facility: Jeremy Randazza, Assistant Director of Facility: Dominic Barsi present during inspection.
