Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed 1 toilet out of order in girls restroom on D hallway. Per head custodian a work order has been submitted to have issue repaired. Observed 1 toilet in boys restroom across from cafeteria that would not stop running, a work order has been submitted to have issue repaired. |
