NOTE: - Elevator is currently stop working during the inspection. Staff was rescued out, the power cut off to put elevator out of order. Repair needed. - No point deduction REPEAT: #6. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water damage, stained and missing ceiling tiles in hallway (C 200, Cafeteria, gym hallway, E hallway, C 100, B 300, C 300). Check current leaks, repair leaks and replace new ceiling tiles. - Head of custodian: Ms. Angela Bidding present during inspection .

(C100, D 100, C 300, D 300, E hallway, C200, B 200, near office). Observed soiled/stained on many toilet blows, detail cleaning needed and keep clean throughout the school. All disrepair items/fixtures shall kept in good working repair.

Observed disrepair faucets, soap dispensers, hand dryers at hand washing sink in boy/girl restroom (D 200, E hallway, C 200, B 200, near office restrooms, C 100, D 100). Observed spring loaded faucets with short run time less than 3 seconds at hand sink in E hallway men, D 300. Observed no soap available in some dispenser throughout the school. Observed missing no paper towel and soap dispenser at hand sink in boy locker room hand sink E hallway. Repair/ Replace disrepair fixtures. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time.
