Observed rain barrels with standing water in them and not netted (cover to prevent insect breeding), observed active wasp nests at outside doorways, observed one live cockroach in girls bathroom on E hall, a dead cockroach in A wing janitors closet, and another dead cockroach in C hallway. There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).
Observed aerosolized disinfectant spray with 'keep out of reach of children' on a cupboard in A1 and an aloe lotion in unlocked cabinet at floor level in room D3. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
