Observed tile flooring chipped in room A10. Needs to be repaired. Observed wall damage in room A13. Needs to be repaired. Observed water stained ceiling tiles in the Library, Physical Therapy and the front office. Ensure that leak is not ongoing and replaced water stained ceiling tiles.
