REPEAT NON-COMPLIANCE - Observed water damaged ceiling tiles in the cafeteria, art room, and home economics; Observed the floor was not clean in the girls locker room and in the Kiln/storage room (art room). Observed chair rail in the "time out" room had not been painted. Paint any areas with raw wood to provided non-absorbant easily cleanable surface.

Observed custodian carts with paper supplies stored on bottom shelf near mop water and beneath cleaning chemicals. Rearrange all custodial carts so that clean paper supplies are stored to prevent contamination from mop water and chemical spills/drips. **All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. |
